The Finca Sa Canova Rural Hotel is a rustic, nineteenth century farmhouse set on a vast working agricultural estate, and situated eight kilometres from Majorca. The oldest part of the estate buildings, now used as a stable, was constructed in 1650. The six cheery air conditioned guestrooms have traditional Mallorcan style decor with tiled floors, shuttered windows and brightly coloured fabrics. All guestrooms include televisions and wireless Internet.< B R> Guests can explore the 592,900 square metre agricultural estate on horseback or hire a mountain bike, and the hotel offers horse riding lessons for beginners. Guests are welcome to participate in the various farm activities from potato harvesting to sheep shearing. Massages are available and the outdoor swimming pool has a sun terrace with sun beds. For those who like to stay fit, the hotel has a gymnasium; guests can also watch satellite television in the lobby, or play pool, boules, table tennis, volleyball or badminton. A continental breakfast is served every day, and guests can barbecue in the picnic area or dine out at a local restaurant. The popular Es Trenc beach is 10 kilometres away, and the Marriot Son Anten golf course is 18 kilometres away. Palma de Mallorca Airport is approximately 30 kilometres and a 30 minute drive from the hotel. Please note: Please note that during the winter ( November Easter) hotel services will be limited.
